  • Spend time with loved ones.
  • Enjoy hobbies like storytelling or singing.

Get enough sleep

  • Aim for 7–8 hours of rest.
  • Reduce screen time before bed.

Go for health check-ups

  • Monitor blood pressure, sugar levels, and eyesight.
