Indigestion or dyspepsia It’s when your body struggles to digest food properly, and it can be uncomfortable, especially after a heavy or spicy meal.
What causes indigestion?

- Spicy and fatty foods
- Stress
- Drinking alcohol and smoking
- Lying down as soon as you are done eating
