  • Avoid sharing personal items like blankets and hairbrushes.
  • Clean public spaces before using them.
  • Get enough sleep (at least 7 hours a night).
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Eat a healthy diet and manage stress.
  • Get vaccinated for conditions like chickenpox.

When do I see a doctor?

If you notice unusual skin changes, it’s a good idea to have them checked by a doctor. Some conditions like skin cancer, need urgent treatment.
